Yoga is a wonderful way to honor and bond with the new, precious life growing within you. During the class, yoga moms will strengthen and nourish their changing bodies, enhance capacity to breathe, focus and calm their mind, and become more aware of their physical, emotional and mental states and needs. The practice can help alleviate many of the discomforts associated with pregnancy, provide helpful breathing and mindfulness techniques during labor, and speed up physical recovery after the birth. Importantly, meet a lovely community of other expectant moms in town and share your joys, concerns and discoveries during this very special time in your life.
No previous yoga experience needed.
