This intro-level class is the perfect starting point for anyone who has never touched a pole, and can also serve as a great reintroduction into pole after an extended break. Together we will get comfortable with the basic combinations. This class will install a foundation of confidence in you as you move through your pole journey. Every Tuesday from 5:30 to 6:30pm and $20 per class.
