Begin your journey toward ending persistent pain. In this five-week series you’ll learn how to reduce pain and you'll have the opportunity to practice techniques that will help you to access ease and balance in your daily life. Activities based on the Alexander Technique are meditative in nature as well as exploration of gentle, easy movement. You'll learn how to release unnecessary muscle tension, reduce pain and use your body in a way that supports pain prevention, management and reduction.
