COVID-19 Shopping Safety Protocols:

Shoppers MUST wear a mask and wash their hands before entering the store
A hand washing station is located near the front door
Sanitizer stations are located throughout the store
Enter through the gate. The front doors are exit only.
We have bandanas for sale if you don’t have a mask.
Limited number of customers in the store at a time
Keep 6 feet away from others
Avoid touching your face
Debit or Credit card sales only
Donated items are quarantined for a minimum of 72 hours before being stocked.
Staff perform frequent hand washing to minimize contamination.

Only touch what you’re going to buy
Keep your trip to 30 mins or less

We will be taking email & phone orders from 10am-4pm Monday–Wednesday. If you would like to place an order please read and follow the instructions below, or we likely won’t be able to fill your request!

* Email requests to store@homeresource.org and include “Request” in the subject line
* Call 406-541-8300 and dial store extension 1
* Leave a message with your request if there is no answer
* $10 minimum for orders
* Debit or Credit card only
* Requests filled Monday – Saturday 10am – 4pm
* We’ll do our best to fill your request! We need the following info to do that:

What kind of material or item are you are looking for?
* Be as specific as possible
* How many units of the item?
* What are the minimum and maximum acceptable dimensions of each item unit (if applicable)?
* Any other “must-have” characteristic of the item?
* What general condition is acceptable?

If you’re getting more than 1 thing, put your items in list format:

Example:
5 2×4’s between 7 – 9 feet, used but straight
10 matching cabinet knobs, must be brass colored, like new
a handful of thin finish nails, 1” long

There may be some requests that just can’t be filled through a phone or email order. Please bear with us as we figure this out!

Once you send your request, no news is good news. If we need more info, or we don’t have anything on your list, you’ll hear from us when we first check out your request. Otherwise, we’ll give you a call once we round up what we have and take payment over the phone by card.

After payment, you have up to 2 business days to come grab your stuff. Our new hours starting April 21st are Monday – Saturday from 10-4. Please Park in the designated spots and we’ll provide you with curbside service.
