Drawn together by a deep love of the collective improvisation at the heart of jazz, these musicians share a belief that the essence of a song is the shape of the story – its arc through emotion and sound. While each tune is (sometimes…) written in the notes on the page, each journey through the moment is entirely its own, flowing through the spaces between the notes and beyond.
