All ages walk to raise money to find a cure for type 1 diabetes. The JDRF One Walk not only focuses on raising money to find a cure (many in the works, such as the artificial pancreas and weekly long-acting insulins) but also has a strong community focus to bring families together and to raise awareness for type 1 diabetes.
