Originally from the UK, Paul’s career encompasses experience as a partner in a global accounting and consulting firm, an entrepreneur, and a leader of economic and workforce development programs at the University of Montana. Paul brings a big picture mindset and a client focused approach to the challenges of small and medium sized businesses and today’s complex workforce environment. Paul is the co-founder of Hellgate Venture Network and the Montana Code School.

MGTeamPlus helps small and medium sized businesses with their workforce needs by providing them with motivated, experienced, and dependable team members. We provide full-time, dedicated remote professionals (RPs), or virtual assistants (VAs) from the Philippines as long term team members to our clients. Our RPs work in areas such as sales support, customer service, operations & logistics, and back-office administration & bookkeeping.
