Melinda writes paranormal romance and urban fantasy with a signature twist—her happily ever afters don’t always look the way you expect… but they hit exactly where they’re supposed to.

Based in Salt Lake City (but often wandering the Northwest when she can), Melinda is a mother, a dream-chaser, and a firm believer in not taking life too seriously. She’s raising one incredible daughter, two equally stellar bonus kids, and a pair of chaotic, opinionated cats who answer primarily to “Food Bringer.” Backed by a husband who keeps her grounded and dreaming big, she somehow balances writing, reading (silver medal level, by her own admission), and a life full of laughter, animals, baking, and a little bit of beautiful chaos.
