Powerful Tools for Caregivers® helps family and community caregivers learn evidence-based strategies to take better care of themselves and manage stress while caring for a relative or friend. Research shows that the class improves caregiver self-care, emotional well-being, confidence, and connection to community resources. Facilitated by Lauren Crabtree and Megan Fournier with Missoula Aging Services.

This class meets six Tuesdays, April 14 to May 19, from 12 - 1:30 PM, at Missoula Aging Services. Registration is required and is first come, first served.
