Beginning Outdoor Cycling

This class is designed for individuals
wanting to explore the benefits
of outdoor cycling by experiencing
it in a small group. Topics covered
will include riding and road etiquette,
clothing and equipment, repair/changing
a flat, and riding with a group.
Each class will integrate the topics by
riding a variety of routes averaging
10-15 miles per hour and will include
basic instruction followed by riding for
approximately 60 minutes on primarily
flat routes with stops; however one
class will include riding and instruction
on climbing small hills. You will need
a bike with a light, helmet and water
for each class.
