From playfulness to sensuality to grief to rage--Ground Swell is a dance container that invites you to show up and express yourself exactly as you are. The night starts with an opening circle, demo of consent, and brief meditation. The music comes from all over the world, has big feels, and is thoughtfully curated to take you through a cathartic experience. The arc starts and ends slow and swells in energy throughout.

This session is facilitated by JP Frank (they/them) with rotating DJs from Missoula.

Ground Swell is every first and third Wednesday night!
