Compassionate Communication practice group.
This event is open to anyone who wants to participate. We cover Compassionate Communication basics based on using feelings and needs in our consciousness. This is based on the work of Marshall Rosenberg and the Non-violent Communication model. Each session we will start with a short exercise facilitated by Patrick Marsolek, then will continue into practice with whatever needs arise in the group. This could include practicing empathy, role play, andworking with specific scenarios from the participants.
Donation of $5 is suggested for participation.
