Come every Friday in May & June for a yoga flow on the lawn at Warehouse Mall. Class starts at 9:30 and we will move together through a 30 minute vinyasa-style practice that is accessible for all level of experience and ability. There is something very awesome about doing yoga in the fresh air, with the big blue sky above us & the green grass beneath us.
No need to sign up, just show up! Bring a yoga mat, some water your friends!
*donations are welcome though not expected.
