Guest instructor Patricia Brunes is teaching a Make Your Own Umbrella all-day workshop!
This class (limited to 6 students) will take place at Confident Stitch on Saturday, May 10th from 10:00 AM – 4:00 PM. There will be a 30-minute lunch break midday. This class is designed for advanced beginner (or above) sewists, aged 13 . You’ll learn how to make a 48” umbrella with fabrics of your choosing. Once you make one, you’ll be hooked! Umbrellas are beautiful, useful and make great gifts.
By the end of class, participants will have completed an adult-sized umbrella which will need to be waterproofed at home with materials you can purchase at the shop!
