Kundalini is a system of sacred tools to amplify your quality of life. These tools are strategically blended with postures and movement to put the self under a unique type of pressure. The therapeutic results affect both the nervous and glandular systems while purifying the density of the psyche and magnetic field. Meditations will also be included to mend the energetic body and heal disharmonies embedded from trauma. Sylvia has been practicing Kundalini since 2005 and teaching for many moons.
