Beginning Barre Fitness

Learn the basics of Barre fitness at
a slightly slower pace. You’ll learn
proper form and technique in this nonimpact
workout that focuses on body
alignment and core stability using
controlled movements to give you a
full body workout. Focus on improving
muscular strength and endurance
through small movements and isometric
exercises. Each class begins
with a warm up, followed by exercises
working the upper body, lower body,
and core using light weights. Class is
typically done with bare feet, but you
can always leave your shoes or socks
on. Bring a yoga mat, sweat towel and
