MPL’s next blood drive will take place at the Missoula Red Cross Donation Center located at 2401 N Reserve ST, Suite 6 on Thursday, April 29 from 12:00-5:30 pm. All donors must wear a mask and have their temperature taken before entering the donation space. There will be free testing for the COVID-19 antibody. Plasma from standard blood donations that test positive for COVID-19 antibodies may now help current coronavirus patients in need of convalescent plasma transfusions. Donors who have received the COVID-19 vaccine are still eligible to donate with no deferral time. During this critical time of shortages, please consider giving the gift of life.
