Join us as we congratulate recipients of the IDS minor, the Peace Corps Prep certificate, and the newest UM volunteers in a public ceremony
attended by members of the WMRPCV, Career Services, and the Peace Corps.
The event is open to the public. Students who earned the International Development Studies minor, or completed the Peace Corps Prep program, will be honored. New Peace Corps volunteers from UM will also be acknowledged, before they depart for their assignment.
Among the guests are Peace Corps staff from Idaho, Seattle, and elsewhere in the region. The guest speaker is Mark Johnson, former U.S. ambassador to Senegal.
