Local author Jeffrey Winters will be presenting a workshop called “Communication Skills for Human Connecting” on April 18, 2019 from 7:00pm-8:30pm at the Jeannette Rankin Peace Center, 519 S. Higgins Ave. This event is free and open to the public.

This communication workshop will teach the lost art of feedback, listening with empathy, and having the confidence to connect and feel. Jeffrey was inspired to share these vital skills after witnessing the lack of human connecting prominent in our society. This workshop will address the loneliness so many experience due to this lack of authentic connection.

Jeffrey Winters has written two novels, and is currently researching and writing “The Epidemic of Loneliness”.
