Join us for this meditative Sound Experience that will take you into your heart and guide your nervous system into deep relaxation. Your brain will drop into therapeutic Theta states that promote subconscious healing on many levels. This event is a safe container for all. A place of acceptance, where one can access profound rest and peace.

Please bring:
-Yoga mat, bolster, or anything else to make yourself comfortable, such as a camp pad or cozy bedding. We have some of these items available, but not enough for everyone. Remember, you'll be lying on a hard floor, so make sure to bring what you need to stay cozy!

-Eye mask or scarf if you have one. Eye masks are optional. Many people prefer darkness as it helps tune your attention inward for the journey.
