Description:
1.5-hour, 6-week course on Thursdays, April 9 - May 14. Fee $70 ( one-time annual MOLLI membership fee of $40). Offered in-person and remotely. Instructor: Charles Dumke. Confusion exists around nutrition information delivered to the public. This has been the case historically but has increased with internet influencers. This course is intended to rectify this confusion and provide insights on why nutrition is subject to misinformation.
About Instructor: Dr. Dumke has taught sports nutrition for over 25 years. His research has involved many aspects of nutrition, including glucose transport, diabetes, fuel utilization, and hydration.
