Garden City Harvest is so excited to welcome Jennifer Knoetgen, owner of Mountain Meat Shares, as our first online class instructor! This class will have you feeling confident about handling and cooking a whole chicken and the delicious meals that can be made from this meat. Part of the fun on an online course is that we get to visit Jennifer in her home kitchen!

Class is $15 for most, $5 for our community garden members. Register now! Funds will go toward CSA and community garden plot scholarships for those who cannot afford them in this time of crisis.

We'll cover several dishes and how they can be modified to suit your tastes and the ingredients you have on hand.

You will learn to cook: Whole roasted chicken, Chicken tortilla casserole,Curried chicken and bulgur salad, and Basic chicken stock.
