Exploring the unique style of Shirley Trevena, a world-renowned watercolor artist, we will study paintings that radiate with brilliant colors that flow and meld together. Her semi-abstract paintings bloom with spectacular color and geometric shapes that are achieved by “breaking rules” and “pushing boundaries.” We will capture memorable treasures and moments using geometric and organic shapes in paintings that take on a form vastly different than the normal watercolor paintings. Feel free to bring your own supplies. Otherwise, all supplies are included. Prerequisite: Introduction to Watercolor.
