Chris Siegler, MPA, began his international work with the Peace Corps in Sierra Leone in 1967. In 2004, he and his wife helped develop a partnership between Missoula YMCA and the YMCA of Sierra Leone which focuses on youth empowerment and vocational training. He also works in Africa and India with micro-financing for women’s groups and developing a sustainable commercial agri-business in Sierra Leone. He worked on the Rosebud Reservation in South Dakota on health issues and spent much of his career consulting in healthcare and hospital administration.
