Online Persistent Pain Prevention 5-week Course Description:
Tuesdays 6:00 3/31 - 4/28
In this five-week series you’ll learn and have the opportunity to practice the basics of this holistic technique that will help you to access ease and balance in your daily life. The class will combine lecture and discussion with experiential sections based on the Alexander Technique. Activities will be meditative in nature as well as exploration of gentle, easy movement. We will explore the principles of the Alexander Technique to help you learn to release unnecessary muscle tension, reduce stress and use your body in a way that supports pain prevention, management and reduction.

Class is held on Zoom.
