Dance Wonder invites participants to engage in extraordinary listening, attunement, and wonder to rediscover and explore the inner landscapes of our bodies and voices in movement together to a curated soundscape. In this loosely guided open movement space, we allow gentleness, no demands and ease with ourselves in both the familiar and the unknown or forgotten lands of our bodies as we move with mystery along the range of sensations. A space for tuning into our sensory experience both in movement and in our voice to observe and play with sounds in breathing, sighing, yawning and humming.
