108 is a very auspicious number. There are 108 beads on a mala and 108 energy lines converge to form the heart chakra. It appears in temples from Japan to Cambodia and presents itself regularly in the fields of math, science, and art.

This is a practice of patience and stamina, of flexibility and strength, and of mind and body. You don’t have to do all 108, skip one, three or thirty. Rest, breathe, enjoy. Come with no expectations, an open mind, and willingness to try and leave with a new energy and confidence.
