Hanuman is the heroic monkey who is the embodiment of the courageous heart in devoted service to Truth and Love. Through stories of his epic leaps, yoga postures moving towards hanumanasana (splits pose), the breath, mudra (gesture, seal), and mantra, we will learn to open our heroic hearts to make our own great leaps with love.
