meditation, Qigong is the 5,000
year-old Chinese exercise program
that improves health and balance. It
increases longevity while giving one a
strong sense of well-being and relaxation.
The martial arts are based on
the controlled movements and breathing
that are fundamental to Qigong.
Suitable for people of all fitness levels.
Our practice will be based on the Kunlun
School’s Wild Goose Qigong.
