Take a break from your busy day to engage with your body, either in a chair or on a floor mat, with the versatile modality of Shiatsu Massage. This Japanese massage technique uses the hands to apply pressure to the body to promote health and well-being. Comfortable clothes recommended for floor mat massages.
Advance bookings are recommended, but walk-ins are welcome. When booking in advance please specify if you would prefer a chair session, floor sessions are our standard for Shiatsu massages. Come in for a mid-day reset and give your body the care it deserves!
