Are you interested in exploring what
the OULA craze is all about, but are
a bit apprehensive? If so, try out this
introductory class. Your instructor will
teach you many of the basic moves
used in OULA at a slower pace with a
lot of repetition to get you comfortable
with the movements. You will experience
a fun workout while gaining
confidence in the moves.
