Description:
Sculpt long, lean muscles from head
to toe! Pilates is a deep muscle
conditioning method that tones the
whole body, with special emphasis on
the powerhouse muscles (abdominal,
gluteus, inner thigh and back). It
improves flexibility and posture while
strengthening the muscles of the torso
and around the spine to help prevent
injuries and alleviate chronic pain. The
exercises can be modified to range
from gentle to challenging, depending
on your fitness level and goals. Yoga
mat required.
