This gentle form of exercise can
help maintain strength, flexibility, and
balance and many experience lower
blood pressure, better mood and more
energy from this practice. This class
will provide the foundations for a fulfilling
practice by exploring the science
of breath and foundational movements.
You will learn Chi Gung forms
and work towards learning a basic Tai
Chi form. No experience necessary.
Wear comfortable clothing.
