Keep your heart healthy and your
muscles strong in this low impact
strength and conditioning class. If
you are new to indoor cycling or want
to spend a short time on a bike seat,
this is a great class for you. Each
class will consist of 20-30 minutes on
the bike and 20-30 minutes of core
and strength conditioning exercises
utilizing a variety of equipment. Wear
athletic clothes/shoes and bring a
water bottle and sweat towel. This
class is designed for all fitness levels
as you can easily modify the exercises
to meet your goals.
