He uses a practical, rigorous approach to the design and implementation of lean flow processes, working with and training client teams to establish and maintain robust operational processes capable of consistently delivering high performance in the face of variable demands.

Paul’s previous career experience includes positions as: Director of Worldwide Manufacturing Operations for Hewlett Packard; Vice President and Senior Consultant at previous lean manufacturing consulting companies; manufacturing management and engineering management positions at Texas Instruments and in other industrial manufacturing companies.
