Winter Storytelling - Neal Lewing Stories in Song Description:
Neal Lewing shares America’s musical legacy from Lewis and Clark to Custer, with traditional and original folk songs, history, and a few laughs. The show contains many traditional tunes, such as "Shenandoah," "Down in the Mine" and "160 Acres," plus less familiar traditional songs. The program examines the role of music in our history, our heritage and our cultural evolution, and why its importance is no less vital today. $5 per person; free for members.
