Aerial Fitness is a class designed to bring your strength to the next level in the air and to have fun while we are doing it! We will be conditioning all areas of the body and moving through our perceived physical limitations with the support of your hammock, unique exercises, and instructors expertise. All exercises can be modified as needed to meet you where you are at.
All strength/skill levels welcome.

* Supports the hips more than traditional yoga
