History Roundtable: Captain Lewis on the Blackfoot Description:
February 16, 2 pm, KettleHouse TapRoom, 605 Cold Smoke Lane, Bonner. Free and open to the public.
Meriwether Lewis and a small party traversed the Bonner area on July 4, 1806.

Dan Hall, lead archaeologist with Western Cultural, will center his PowerPoint presentation around research on the ancient "Road to the Buffalo."

Norman Jacobson, known to many for his programs at Travelers' Rest State Park and for his knowledge of the Road to the Buffalo, will show pictures documenting his research on the trail from Bonner to Clearwater Junction.

Local amateur geologists and historians, including Willie Bateman, have developed theories and observations. Kim Briggeman will help weave these stories together.
