This workshop is ideal for artists who are curious about encaustic, but don't have any previous experience. The topics covered will include: health and safety, what encaustic is, how to get started, and the most popular techniques and applications. Students will have the opportunity to create a piece in class, allowing them to ask questions as they work and learn. *Class times have increased to 3 hrs, they have been 2 hrs in the past.
