Mindfulness Based Stress Reduction (MBSR): From Stress to Wellness

If you want to learn how to take better care of yourself and discover a deeper sense of ease and peace of mind and if you are willing to actively engage in your own health and well-being, we welcome your participation in our eight week program.

The program consists of eight weekly two-hour evening classes and a one-day retreat (on a weekend) between sessions six and seven. *Please see registration page for more details.

Free Introductory Sessions: *Prerequisite

Attendance at one of the free introductory sessions prior to the course is required for anyone wishing to attend the class.

The free introductory sessions involve a brief 1-on-1 interview with Greg to determine if this course is appropriate for you at this time.

Interview slots are limited and are assigned on a first-come-first-served basis. Those who pre-register for the introductory sessions are given priority over those that do not.
