A free writing workshop to help you try and find some peace in a chaotic world. Led by Jessica Rich.
For this workshop we’ll start out with some fun storytelling, then we'll reflect and regulate ourselves in relation to our worries, do some cleansing breaths and then we'll engage in writing (and sharing if time allows). We'll end the workshop with a community building exercise!
