You’ll make a vibrant tropical salad with crisp lettuce and vegetables, fresh pineapple, chewy marinated baked tofu, crunchy peanuts, and a sweet and spicy Asian dressing. You’ll also prepare simple, gluten-free cookies made with almond flour, tahini, and honey, rolled in white and black sesame seeds.
