55% of Humanity lives in urban and metropolitan areas and over 80% live under a night sky polluted by artificial light that obscures the true luster of the Heavens above.
I was raised on a small farm in rural Montana. With the local gas station being the only bright light around for 50 miles the night sky was incredibly clear and always present in my life.
I took it for granted as a child, but five years ago I began to develop my hobby in Astrophotography in order to share the beauty of the heavens with my friends, family, and fellow humans.
