Creativity is in all of us and expressing it promotes relaxation, improves quality of life, and provides a sense of mastery and self-efficacy. Whether you are already engaged in an artistic process or haven’t held a paintbrush since preschool, join registered art therapist, Kim Brown Campbell, for this six-week course where we will walk through the basics of process painting. The class focus will be on the creative process and the surprising outcomes that emerge. All ages and experience levels are welcome!
