This introductory class is designed for those new to the equipment and Pilates Reformer movements. Emphasis is placed on developing proper alignment and safe use of the equipment while strengthening muscles, gaining core awareness and improving flexibility and posture. No prior experience necessary. Enrollment is this class is prerequisite to taking other Reformer Classes or instructor approval.
