Where: Yoga Fitness Center, Missoula, MT
When: Jan 25, 2019 from 6:30-9pm
Tapestry is a guided movement improvisation class, for ages 16 and older. It is designed to inspire creative collaboration, personal awareness and the aliveness that is integral to well being. Dress comfortably to move. There will be tea and snacks provided midway through the evening.
$25 suggested donation to participate.
