Every year in Honor of the Martin Luther King, Jr. holiday, The Confident Stitch hosts "Stitch for a Cause" where we sew up items to benefit a local non-profit. This year, we're making blankets to donate to Mountain Home Montana. This Missoula-based organization provides shelter for young mothers who need a place to live, and a network of support as they create safe, stable, and nurturing homes of their own.

Drop in the shop on Monday, January 21st, between 10 and 5pm. Simply buy a yard of cozy fabric for a swaddling blanket, and we'll provide the sewing machines, guidance, and treats!
