Introduction to Wine

Description:

This hands-on course will teach the student to mindfully understand, appreciate and evaluate Old World Wines. The student will learn the basics of tasting, evaluating and classification of wine. The student will learn the concepts of wine making, history and food pairing, leading to another level of enjoyment of food and wine together.
