GLACIER HR SERVICES, INC. is considering putting together and facilitating an Executive Peer Mentoring Program. However, to gauge interest and receive input on structure and process of the program, we are holding an introductory meeting to determine what will work for people. Some of what the meeting will cover is below.

•Should the group be CEOs only or open to other executives?
•How many from each company should attend?
•What are good times for scheduling?
•What is a fair value/investment ratio?
•Should there be a company size limit and if so what?
•What about having everyone sign a confidentially & nondisclosure agreement?
•What should the time commitment be—3 months, 6 months, a year?
•Should the meetings be held at a hosting company, the same location every time or a combination of these?
•Other concerns and questions?

This initial meeting will gauge interest and find out what will work for people. It is a commitment for everyone and the meeting is designed to determine your needs first and then plan the process.
