Yoga on the Solstice

Description:
Certified yoga instructor Erin Gael Chambers will lead a special Solstice practice from 1-4 p.m. on June 21st. The session will include pranayama (breathing exercises), slow sun salutations, standing postures, gentle inversions, chanting, and a seated meditation.
All levels are welcome!
Cost is a sliding scale donation from $30-$60.
